Important Information:
Rates: Quoted per night, inclusive of all linen, luggage transport from ferry/airport, and cleaning on departure. Servicing and linen changes can be arranged, typically midway through stays of 8 nights or longer. All rates are in New Zealand dollars.
Payment: Accepted via bank transfer or credit card through booking platforms (such as HomeAway or Airbnb) prior to arrival on the island.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation: Please inform us promptly if you need to cancel. Standard cancellation charges apply:
Within 30 days of scheduled stay: 50% of total booking charge.
Within 7 days of scheduled stay: 100% of total booking charge.
Payment and Deposits:
Deposit: 10% or one night's charge (whichever is greater) due within 48 hours of booking acceptance.
Balance: 90% due 14 days before stay commences.
Confirmation: Booking confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Failure to pay may result in cancellation, with any received deposit refunded in full.
Arrivals and Departures:
Check-in: From 4pm.
Check-out: Before 10am.
Flexible hours: Please notify us if you require check-in/check-out outside of these times, and we will accommodate where possible.
