our rates
$430/night for up to four guests plus $45 per person per night for additional guests (GST incl.). Plus a $175 one off cleaning fee. 11 maximum occupancy.
Please note this rate includes all linen, cleaning on departure and 1 free transfer from the airport/ferry.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation: Please inform us promptly if you need to cancel. Standard cancellation charges apply:
Within 30 days of scheduled stay: 50% of total booking charge.
Within 7 days of scheduled stay: 100% of total booking charge.
Payment and Deposits:
Payment: Accepted via bank transfer or credit card through booking platforms (such as HomeAway Holiday Houses or Airbnb) prior to arrival on the island - please note these booking platforms charge service fees.
Deposit: 10% due within 48 hours of booking acceptance.
Balance: 90% due 14 days before stay commences.
Confirmation: Booking confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
